The Express Shipping costs $30.00 USD (upto 2 items, $10.00 USD for each additional item) and it takes 3-8 Business Days. MyBatua.com has a standard industry return policy. You may exchange or return any regular item for a refund of your purchase price, excluding shipping charges. They will replace the returned items free of cost or issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping. Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Custom Size & length items are specifically altered for you, hence the customization fee is not refundable.
